You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems;
  • introduce malware, or run automated scraping or load-testing tools against the site without our written permission;
  • use the site to send unsolicited communications, or to infringe anyone's rights;

03Information, prices and quotes

Content on this website, including blog articles, is general information and not professional advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

Any price or estimate we give is indicative until we issue a written quote or agreement and you accept it. Quotes are in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Case studies describe the results achieved in specific engagements. Results depend on each business's processes, systems and data, and are not a guarantee of the outcome of any future project.

04Our services

Audits, projects and support plans are governed by the written quote, statement of work or service agreement we agree with you. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails. Among other things, it sets out the scope, price, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties and ownership of deliverables.

05Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and code of this website belong to Vhathenzheni General Solutions (Pty) Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but may not copy, republish or commercially use them without our written permission.

06Links to other websites

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

07Availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. We use reasonable security measures to protect information submitted through the site, as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where that Act applies to you.

09Privacy

We process personal information submitted through this website in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and our Privacy Policy.

10Electronic communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for writing, as provided for in ECTA. A data message from you is regarded as received by us only once we have acknowledged receipt of it.

11Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute arises, we will first try in good faith to resolve it through negotiation and, if needed, mediation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may approach a South African court with jurisdiction.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@claistax.com.
